Who are these tours for?

Children over 7 are welcome. Not recommended for pregnant women or elderly guests with back problems.

What is the maximum capacity per Tuktuk?

Each TukTuk can accommodate up to 4 passengers comfortably.

I have mobility issues. Can I take this tour?

Due to the TukTuk step and Lisbon’s cobblestone streets, this tour may not be suitable for guests with mobility, back, or joint issues and is not wheelchair accessible. For greater comfort, we suggest exploring one of our day trips outside Lisbon, which offer a smoother and more accessible experience.

Are the tours customizable?

Yes! Each tour has a suggested route, but our guides can adapt it to your interests or skip places you’ve already visited.

Are food or drinks included in the tours?

Our tours include stops where you can taste local specialties like pastéis de Belém, cod pastries, or ginja. These tastings are optional and not included in the tour price.

What happens if it rains?

Our TukTuks have transparent rain covers and umbrellas are provided when needed. In rare cases of severe weather, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Do you offer pick-ups?

Yes! We provide pick-up from hotels or Airbnbs in Lisbon’s city center. If you’re outside that area, our meeting point is Avenida da Liberdade 2. Feel free to contact us to confirm your location.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund when done so at least 24 hours prior to departure.
